The group stage of the 2017 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations being hosted by Zambia kicks off on 26th February in Lusaka.
The eight teams which qualified for the tournament were drawn into two groups of four teams which will be hosted in Lusaka and Ndola.
Teams drawn in Group A which contains hosts Zambia will be based in Lusaka and will play their matches at the National Heroes Stadium while Group B teams will play their matches at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.
The opening match will be a Group A fixture between Zambia and Guinea scheduled to start at 15h00 at the National Heroes Stadium.
The second match of the tournament between Egypt and Mali will also be played at the same venue at 18h00 on the same day.
On 27 February, action shifts to the Copperbelt city of Ndola where Senegal will face Sudan in a Group B opener at 15h00 followed by the match between South Africa and Cameroon at 18h00.
The second round of matches will also be played as double headers with Group A matches taking place at the National Heroes Stadium on March 1 while Group B matches will take place at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium on March 2.
Final Group A matches will be played simultaneously at both venues on March 4 with Zambia taking on Egypt in Lusaka while Mali and Guinea will face off in Ndola.
Group B concludes on March 5 with the Senegal vs Cameroon match in Lusaka being played simultaneously to the match between Sudan and South Africa in Ndola.
Winners and runners-up from both groups will progress to the semi-finals scheduled for 8th and 9th March in Lusaka and Ndola respectively.
The third place play off and the final will be played on March 12 in Lusaka.
